Where do you ship and what are the delivery times?

We offer shipping to various locations, including:

  • Ireland & Northern Ireland: To celebrate the launch of our store, we offer free delivery on all orders to the Republic of Ireland, with delivery typically taking 3-5 working days. If you're located in Galway, you can also opt to collect your order directly from our office; we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time. Please note that collections must be pre-arranged—no walk-ins allowed.
  • EU Countries: Delivery within the EU takes approximately 5-10 working days, with a shipping cost of €21.
  • International Shipping: We also ship to the US, Canada, Hong Kong (SAR), Japan, and the UAE for a fee of €30. Delivery times for these locations may vary.

What is Duine’s return policy?

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your Duine product, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us to initiate the return process. We will kindly ask you to include order number or receipt.
